Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Combine ingredients and pour into a 13x9 baking dish.

Topping:
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Combine and sprinkle on top of the potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
